History of the indoor beach centre: It all started with 2
volleyball players that were tired of going to Florida to practice their favorite
sport in the winter. They found the perfect venue in the heart of Montreal, with
high ceilings and filled it up with 14000 lbs of sand. They then created a bar to
quench the thirst of their customers, and keep the party going after their games.
3 years later, another couple took on the business to focus on event planning more
so than the sport itself.
The Montreal Beach Association was created in 2009 by 2 beach and business enthusiasts
whose primary goal was to develop beach volleyball within the sport and social community
of Montreal. Since then, beach sports have become more popular than ever with more
and more outdoor spots to play. In 2014, the AMB has taken on the mission of the
365 indoor beach facility and to offer Quebecers a premium indoor beach centre available
to everyone, 365 days a year (or almost).
Present: In 2014, the AMB is taking charge of the centre to
bring it back to its original glory, as an indoor beach volleyball centre. We will
be catering to volleyball athletes as well as the players who just can’t get enough
of beach volleyball and need to play all year round.
At the Association Montreal Beach, the weather is always great. Join one on our
premium leagues and feel like you're on vacation all season long. Association Montréal
Beach is bringing the beach to you. Centrally location in Griffintown at the junction
of de la Montagne and Wellington , the courts are easy to get to whether you work
downtown or not. All AMB leagues will be run by Club Montreal sport and social.

2. Reserve time for your child’s birthday party
3.Improve your beach skills at a volleyball clinic
4. Get your beach bod going by joining our beach boot camp
5.Play in our next tournament.
If you’re vibrant, speak French and English, know a thing or 2 about volleyball
and think you have something to contribute, we’re looking for staff to run the leagues,
